What is Coaching?

Coaching brings a Coach and a client together to help the client reach their goals and full potential.

 

My coaching style is primarily non-directive, however I do offer mentoring as and when it is appropriate and agreed prior to the session taking place. 

Can I book a time to chat with you informally without committing to a session?

Yes! I recommend we have a discovery call before you book a session so we can talk and see if we might be a good fit for each other. You can book a time to chat with me HERE 

What are your Coaching packages?

I like to be simple so I have 3 packages.
 

  • 3 Month 'Deep Dive' 6 Session Coaching Package

  • 6 Month 'Deeper Dive' 12 Session Coaching Package

  • *NEW* Laser Coaching Club (3 Month Coaching Membership) for people who are new to Coaching.

Do you Coach anyone else except people needing help with personal and professional development? 

I certainly do. I am qualified to Coach across any topic or goal a client brings to a session. I tend to coach people who have specific goals but each client and session is unique. I also coach Executives and people in C-suite leadership and and have recently begun coaching more people around their health and fitness based on my own health and fitness journey and success.
